Go to Profile → Personal Details to update your name, phone, and email anytime.
Use “Forgot password” on the login screen to reset via email or SMS.
Contact support with your client ID to securely unlock your account.
Confirm your identity with a simple, secure verification process to unlock all features of Aquila Pay. By completing verification, you not only keep your account protected but also gain full access to advanced services such as higher transaction limits, faster payments, and seamless integration with your bank. This step ensures your funds are always safe, transactions remain secure, and only you have complete control over your digital wallet.
Open the app, choose Pay, scan a QR or enter details, and confirm.
Every payment has a live status you can follow from the Transactions tab.
Most issues resolve automatically; otherwise contact support with the reference.
Link your preferred provider under Settings → Linked Accounts.
Turn on 2FA under Security to add an extra layer of protection.
